The Managing General Agents' Association (MGAA) has been a Brandex client since 2011 when we were appointed to create the brand and original website for this new not-for-profit organisation, which represents the UK's managing general agents.
Managing General Agents (MGAs) are an important, established and fast-growing sector of the UK insurance industry. Over 300 MGAs currently underwrite over 10% of the UK’s £47 billion general insurance market premiums.
In the past four years the MGAA has grown to a membership of more than 170 companies, with more than 110 full MGA members writing £3.6 billion of gross written premium.
In early 2015, we were asked to redesign the MGAA's website.
Taking all the elements of the original brand we redesigned the website to take on a lighter, more contemporary and dynamic look and feel.
We were also asked to project manage the build of the new site with iFinity.co.uk, who provide the MGAA's back office membership administration system. The MGAA was keen to ensure interested companies were able to apply for membership online so we helped in the build of three online forms which would feed in to the membership database.
We ensured all material was migrated and that new areas of content were prepared ahead of launch.
We are retained to help manage the site and rive uptake through their social channels.
