Flagship Housing is the largest social housing provider in the East of England with over 33,000 homes. Flagship builds, lets, improves and maintains homes to address the housing crisis and create sustainable communities.

We have worked with Flagship for over 15 years, primarily on digital projects, with the suite of group and three housing association websites at the heart of our work.

Originally three separate housing associations, Flagship Homes, Suffolk Housing and Victory Housing were all brought into the Flagship group and rebranded as Newtide, Samphire and Victory Homes. 

The challenge was to bring this new brand identity to life across multiple sites. With four websites in total, including the group site, consistency, accessibility, and efficiency were key.

We developed the suite of websites using Umbraco, all managed via a single central CMS. This approach allowed staff within each housing association to share assets, maintain a unified brand experience, and automatically feed relevant updates, including group news, across all sites.

One significant advantage to designing the user experience was how well the organisation knew its tenants. Through discovery sessions and workshops we were able to develop a site structure and user journeys which would work for all.
