High Performance Foundation is a UK-based charity that provides free resources and programmes to young people, helping them build mental resilience, develop employability skills, and drive social mobility.

The Foundation aims to equip young people with the confidence and tools to thrive, drawing inspiration from the experiences of high-performing individuals across a range of industries.

The Foundation hosted an exclusive charity gala at the McLaren Technology Centre, a major milestone event designed to raise awareness and inspire support for their mission.

We were commissioned to create the event’s visual identity and translate it across a wide variety of materials, from print and digital assets to on-site event collateral.

We were proud to support High Performance Foundation, providing creative direction and marketing design support for the event.

The event’s design concept centred on “sparks” as a visual and thematic representation of excitement, energy, and the ripple effect of positive change. Textural imagery of sparklers was used throughout, symbolising both the brilliance of the event itself and the Foundation’s intention to ignite brighter futures for young people worldwide.

From invitations and social media graphics to chocolate wrappers and red-carpet backdrops, every piece of collateral was carefully designed to reflect the Foundation’s ethos of optimism and opportunity.
